Separate and Joint Destinies

Any relationship that you yearn for takes time and energy. If you yearn to have a partner to walk through life with, you have to make time for that relationship to develop and to continue to grow. As you individually evolve, you have to spend meaningful time together to keep growing together. We might go through evolutionary changes at different times. Maybe your career is in a growth spurt and mine is in an initial stage. Support each other but make time for your shared destiny. Some people get so caught up in their individual dreams that they forget their relationship dreams. They are and should be different or you might lose yourself. Me fulfilling my destiny, you fulfilling yours and us fulfilling our joint destiny. The sweetest love is between two people who have each done what they were put on this earth to do.
