Slow your biological clock down

Thirty is not too old to start trying to have a baby, 35 is not too old to start trying to have a baby, but the older you get, the more your body has to be in balance. As you get older and are trying to have children, it becomes more and more important to maintain a healthy weight, get rest and control stress. Stressing about “the clock” can work against “the clock” and have you make some bad decisions. The right partner will show up when they are supposed to. In the meantime, work on being the best you that you can be so that you will be the best mate and parent when the time comes. Don’t anticipate having an issue. Work to keep your hormones balanced and enjoy each season of your life. Even if you end up needing medical intervention, the healthier you are, the better things will go.
